Annual General Meetings are the most important gathering any organization has. It's where we as members review the past year's achievements, finances, ponder the road ahead, and chose who will lead the organization and ensure success in carrying out the purposes as set out in our constitution.

Important Reasons to attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting
This year we are asking our members to approve updated By-Laws, which will change how Officers (President, Secretary, Treasurer and Vice-President) are appointed, and also introduce Director terms, from 1 to 3 years to foster better continuity of directors and reduce the number of board members to be elected each year. This year we have a terrific group of Director Nominees who have been selected by the Nominating Committee pursuant to our existing By-laws, and have all been invited, and participated, in the last few Board meetings as guests.
