Jim's insights will be invaluable and a useful guide to many others moving forward on EV infrastructure.
Jim has also written an excellent sample set of strata bylaws that can be used to help write your own strata's bylaws. Every strata is different and your requirements may be different but the sample set Jim has outlined is an excellent starting point. Whatever you determine the bylaws to be it is good advice to have them checked by a lawyer for legal compliance.
The sample bylaws will be posted on the website soon but in the meantime here is a link to the bylaws that you can view and download.
